Few things are more important to growing young minds than a proper education — and this cat named Leo is making sure his two little humans don’t miss out on theirs. No matter the weather.

Leo lives on a farm in Canada with his family, where, in the chill of winter, snow has blanketed the ground as far as the eye can see. But be that as it may, Leo’s kids still have school to attend. And they won’t be missing it on his watch.

That’s why, each morning, Leo escorts them down the road to catch their bus — a job he’s clearly eager to see completed:

“He makes sure he’s out every morning for them,” Leo’s owner wrote on TikTok.

Though Leo doesn’t seem particularly bothered being out in the cold, he doesn’t wait around long after his kids’ bus departs:

Fortunately, when this early task is completed each day, Leo’s schedule remains wide open for more relaxing activities.

After all, he’s certainly earned it.

“It takes a lot [out] of the poor guy,” Leo’s owner wrote. “He naps the majority of the day after this morning [routine].”
